I received an email for inactivity and it says the following:
Seed torrents: Run your torrent client and seed at least 1 torrent (it must be active at the time of the check).
What does active mean? Just in seeding state in torrent client or actively seeding to a leecher?

fates-wipe, It’s about seeding: if at the moment of the check the tracker “sees” that you are seeding at least one torrent, the check will be considered passed.
